Take a peek at these photos from a coffee farm nestled in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal. Get a behind-the-scenes look at where your coffee beans come from and how they’re transformed into the delicious brew you enjoy every morning.

Due to the geographical constraints of the land, the use of land machines for cherry harvesting is not feasible. Consequently, all cherries are handpicked, ensuring that only the finest berries reach the processing stages.

After depulping, rewashing, and drying, the beans are transported in baskets carried by strong backs to the nearest road. From there, they ride on a truck to Kathmandu for sorting and roasting.
